The Town of Parker's Comprehensive Planning Division will hold two public open houses in February, the first on Feb. 4 related to a change to the Parker 2035 Master Plan and the second on Feb. 10 regarding the proposed rezone of the Town-owned Pine Curve property.
Master Plan Update Open House
Feb. 4; 5 to 7 p.m.; PACE Center
The Town is updating the Parker 2035 Master Plan regarding self storage and a change in recommended land uses for the SE corner of Parker Road and Lincoln Avenue.
Pine Curve Rezone Open House
Feb. 10; 5 to 7 p.m.; PACE Center
A rezone of the Town-owned parcel of 24.4 acres to the northeast of Town Hall from Historic Center to Planned Development has been proposed.
