High priority inspections such as finals will take precedence over lower-level inspections. Please know all requests may not be completed but notification will be given if needed. There will be no Electrical inspections on Monday, March 4, and all electrical limited to Single Family permits only on Friday, also there will be no Fire inspections March 5, 6, or 7. Office hours will remain normal, 8am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will be back to normal operation March 11.
Please log into eTRAKit to schedule all inspections. If you do not have your login information, please contact the Building Division at 303.841.1970. Inspection requests received before 4:00pm will be completed the following business day. Call 303.841.1970 by 8:30 a.m. the day of the inspection to speak with the inspector if needed.
The type and number of inspections vary depending upon the complexity of your project. The Town of Parker is sensitive to the needs of homeowners and contractors of small projects.
The Building Division policy on inspections is to give a 3-hour (AM or PM) inspection window for homeowners conducting the work on their home. It is important that the person responsible for the work be present during the inspection so that if corrections are needed, they can be explained at the site.
Call the Building Division for additional information about inspections. The inspectors are typically available for questions between the hours of 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Inspections may begin as early as 8:00 a.m. and we will attempt to complete all inspections scheduled each day, please note weather and natural light may affect the scheduled inspections. Inspectors may be at your site as late as 4:30 p.m., please notify the office if you want to roll the inspection to the next business day. Cancellation of inspections due to weather may occur during the fall/winter/spring months without notice, please call our office or check the eTrakit system to verify after the weather event has ended.
Due to the high number of re-roofing permits issued, we will be restricting the total number of inspections to 50 per day. This will only affect roofing inspections (Final Roof) which includes permits that begin with SFD or ROC. Please call the main office with any questions.
